Our Story

A little kitchen,
a lot of butter.

Sisho began the way most good things do — quietly, in a home kitchen in Kochi, with one cake for one birthday. Word travelled. Then so did the cakes.

Today we bake in small batches for the families and friends of Ernakulam — celebration cakes, fudgy brownies, tea-time loaves and seasonal favourites. Every order is made fresh, by hand, with real butter, single-origin chocolate and a little impatience to hear what you thought.

Real ingredients

Amul butter, Callebaut chocolate, fresh fruits from local markets. No shortcuts.

We bake to order — never sitting on a shelf, never frozen, always fresh out of the oven.
